Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer Volvo & SDLG (Construction & Earthmoving Equipment)

Experience:

8+ years of relevant experience in construction & earthmoving equipment sales

Qualification:

MBA (preferred) / Graduate with strong industry experience

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales of Volvo and SDLG construction & earthmoving equipment across assigned regions in Madhya Pradesh.

The role involves managing key accounts, driving regional growth, mentoring sales teams, and supporting strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional sales operations for construction and earthmoving machinery

- Drive sales of large-ticket equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, compactors, etc.

- Manage and grow key accounts across mining, infrastructure, EPC, and construction companies

- Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer/customer network

- Develop and execute annual sales plans, territory strategies, and growth initiatives

- Provide accurate sales forecasting, budgeting inputs, and market intelligence to management

- Conduct product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial closures

- Train, mentor, and guide junior sales engineers to improve regional performance

- Coordinate with service, parts, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Experience & Skill Requirements:

- Minimum 8+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, mining, or heavy equipment industry

- Proven experience selling excavators, loaders, compactors, engines, trucks, tractors, or similar heavy machinery

- Strong exposure to large-ticket, long-cycle sales

- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories

- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in Madhya Pradesh
