Role Overview:
- Lead our sales team and drive business growth in India's hydrocarbon and alternative fuels sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and manage sales team performance
- Identify and acquire new clients in the hydrocarbon industry
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, finance, logistics)
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and manage revenue/debt control
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's in Business, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
- Master's in Management (mandatory)
Experience:
- 5-10 years in sales with proven track record
- Minimum 2 years in sales management
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Willingness to travel
