Description:


Position: Senior Sales Manager (Private Hospitals & Healthcare Chains) HMIS.

Location: Remote (Reporting to Ahmedabad).

Experience: 8-15 years.

Role Summary:


The Senior Sales Manager will drive enterprise sales of HMIS and healthcare IT solutions to private hospitals, healthcare chains, and public sector units (PSUs).

The role involves:


- Managing the complete sales lifecyclefrom pipeline building to closing large-scale digital transformation deals.


- Engaging with key decision-makers such as promoters, CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, medical directors, and government stakeholders.


- Designing and executing account expansion strategies, including cross-selling and upselling.


- Leading consultative sales to uncover clinical, operational, and financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth:



- Achieve revenue targets from private hospitals, healthcare chains, and PSU clients.


- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline including hospital groups, specialty chains, clinics, and government healthcare bodies.


- Close large-scale, multi-location HMIS and digital transformation contracts.

Strategic Account Management:


- Build and maintain trusted relationships with promoters, CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, medical directors, and government officials.


- Implement account expansion strategies including cross-selling and upselling.

Consultative Selling:


- Lead discovery sessions to understand clinical, operational, and financial needs.


- Position HMIS solutions as a driver of revenue cycle optimization, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.


- Navigate complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation:


- Develop pricing models (SaaS, license, implementation, support).


- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and delivery timelines.


- Ensure smooth handover to implementation and customer success teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


- Revenue and quota attainment.


- Pipeline coverage and conversion rates.


- Average deal size and sales cycle duration.


- Customer retention and account expansion revenue.

Required Experience:


- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT, HMIS, or hospital software.


- Proven success selling to private hospitals, hospital chains, specialty clinics, and PSU healthcare bodies.


- Strong network within hospital leadership, doctors, and government healthcare stakeholders.

Key Skills:


- Enterprise-level consultative selling.


- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement.


- Negotiation and deal closure.

Profile Requirements:


PSU Sales Profile:



- Strong experience working with government bodies.


- Proven expertise in government liaisoning.

Private Sales Profile:


- Strong experience in the healthcare domain.


- Established contacts with multiple hospitals.


- Good relationships with doctors.
