Job Title: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Head Agricultural Equipment / GenSets, Building Materials, Industrial Products, FMCG, Cement, Import-based Food Products, or Hardware.

Experience: 10 to 15+ Years in Sales or Business Development (Preference for candidates from Agriculture Machinery, Construction Equipment, or Industrial Product sectors).

Location: Kampala (On-Site), Uganda.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager / Sales Head to lead and grow our sales operations in Uganda.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate sales leader who enjoys building teams, expanding market presence, and driving business growth in a fast-evolving environment.

If you have a strong background in industrial or agri-equipment sales and enjoy leading from the front, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base.

- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and oversee end-to-end deal execution.

- Conduct market analysis to track trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Collaborate with management to plan budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies.

- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to sustain long-term partnerships.

- Mentor and motivate team members to deliver consistent performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 10 to 15+ years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development.

- Strong exposure to Agriculture Machinery, Construction Equipment, or Industrial Products.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
