Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: - Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and potential customers. - Set up product demonstrations, discuss technical solutions, and manage complex negotiations to secure contracts. Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales, highlighting performance and strategic insights. Cross-functional Collaboration and Seamless Execution: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. - Partner with customers during the initial days of product usage to ensure faster adoption and a smooth handover to account managers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
