Job Overview:
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, referrals, and networking.
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
Business Development:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Deliver engaging online product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand customer pain points and position the SaaS solution effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Client & Account Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
Team Support & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to share customer feedback and market requirements.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, pitch strategies, and market positioning.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, and enterprise deal closures.
- Strong ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members will be an added advantage.
- Experience in AI product sales or selling AI-enabled SaaS solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with international sales processes and virtual selling.
- Understanding of lead generation tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email automation platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise sales and working with CXO-level stakeholders.
