Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of proposals for opportunities amongst Solar players relating to deployment of robots
- Capitalise on complete knowledge of processes in Solar Manufacturing in the greenfield / brownfield Module manufacturing facility
- Contribute to solutioning strategies to seed and nurture the business.
- Set to achieve Cost Control targets through the proposed solutions
- Control and optimize operational costs and expenses within the manufacturing facility.
- Identify areas where robots can be deployed
- Ensure cost effective sourcing strategies including vendor development
- Solutions relating to the manufacturing processes to achieve and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Module Manufacturing sector and technology and integrate innovation into manufacturing processes.
- Solutions for capacity expansion and backward integration into Module manufacturing.
- Drive initiatives to increase production capacity and efficiency.
- Implement best practices in manufacturing and ensure highquality PV module production.
- Techno commercial aspect of the solutions with the return on investment (ROI) being the key focus.
- Determine pricing strategies for modules for both captive as well as external parties.
Pre-Requisites:
- BE/BTECH in Solution Sales engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in setting up manufacturing plants and Sales, Engineering; Domain Knowledge of solar modules; Process Management; CAD
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of solar PV system design principles, electrical systems, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
