Senior Role - Legal Operations - BFS

Responsibilities :

- Drive the delivery of key strategic projects including contract negotiations and life cycle, Outside Counsel program including engagement, eBilling and invoice management, Technology strategy and process support, eDiscovery, Records and Knowledge Management, Business Management and project management work, etc.

- Drive and execute on the strategic priorities for the Global Legal Operations function; measure and report the results. Serve as a change agent and assist global Law & Policy in driving culture change.

- Maintain and support implementation of policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.

- Directly oversee performance and development of Legal Operations Services team through regular, timely feedback; partnering with the Global Legal Operations team to ensure delivery of results on Law & Policy's strategy. Develop team capabilities in emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools. Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to support both operational excellence and transformation initiatives

- Analysis and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.

- Supports business management projects by monitoring and tracking risks, issues and action items.

- Influences the development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones.

- Establish India as TIAA's Center of Excellence for legal operations and process innovation

- Create business intelligence capabilities that provide actionable insights to stakeholders and enable data-driven decision-making

- Build credible partnerships across L&P in India and US, business functions, and IT to deliver transformation initiatives that generate measurable value
