Senior Role - Legal - Land & Contracts

Apply if you have experience in hands-on drafting of contracts.

- Apply if you know Tamil language

- Land & Title Due Diligence (50-60%)

- Must have handled 10-15+ acre land parcels.

- Experience with complex ownership structures (family/joint/trust/institutional).

- Strong exposure to title risks (litigation, encumbrances, fragmentation).

- Clear end-to-end ownership in due diligence.

- Must show instances of influencing/stopping transactions.

Contracts (20%) :

Hands-on drafting/review of :

- Sale Deed, JDA, Development Agreement, POA.

- Must have owned drafting/negotiation (not just support).

- Exposure to complex/high-value deals.

Litigation & Registrations (20%) :

- Experience in property-related litigation.

- Strong exposure to registrations & dealing with authorities.

- Involvement across advisory - execution - dispute stages.
