CTC - upto 1 CR (20-30% hike on current CTC)

Role Overview:

- Lead the legal and regulatory function, ensuring compliance across corporate, commercial, and litigation matters.

- Provide strategic legal guidance to management, oversee contract vetting, and manage dispute resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on corporate legal compliance, governance, and regulatory issues.

- Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts, EPC agreements, BOT contracts, and other legal documentation.

- Handle litigation matters including civil, criminal, arbitration, labour, service, and company law cases.

- Manage debt recovery, resolution of high- value debts, and proceedings under SARFAESI Act, DRT, and DRAT.

- Develop and implement legal risk mitigation strategies for projects and operations.

- Engage with external counsel, oversee case preparation, and monitor progress in High Court, Supreme Court, and consumer forums.

- Provide legal support for land acquisition, infrastructure projects, and renewable energy mandates.

- Prepare reports and updates for senior management and board on litigation and recovery strategies.

- Ensure statutory compliance across labour laws, insurance matters, and medico- legal issues.

Desired Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.

- Proven expertise in contract law, arbitration, debt recovery, and infrastructure/energy sector legal matters.

- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage legal teams and external counsel.
