Senior Role - Land Acquisition & Title Management - Real Estate

Job Description :

Land Transaction Assessment & Risk Evaluation :

- Evaluate prospective land assets from a title and ownership perspective by reviewing historical records, legal documentation, and stakeholder interests.

- Identify potential risks, liabilities, or title-related concerns and recommend mitigation measures to support informed acquisition decisions.

Acquisition Readiness & Compliance Oversight :

- Oversee the fulfillment of all contractual and regulatory requirements that must be completed prior to transaction closure.

- Ensure necessary documentation, approvals, and supporting evidence are in place to facilitate a smooth and compliant acquisition process.

Ownership Regularization & Documentation Management :

- Manage activities related to establishing legally valid and transferable ownership rights, including coordination of title documentation, registration formalities, and interactions with relevant authorities to secure ownership continuity.

External Stakeholder & Statutory Interface Management :

- Coordinate with government departments, regulatory agencies, local authorities, and service providers to obtain necessary permissions, approvals, certifications, and clearances required during various stages of land acquisition and ownership transition.

Acquisition Governance & Management Reporting :

- Develop and maintain structured monitoring mechanisms for all acquisition-related initiatives, ensuring timely visibility of project status, compliance milestones, risk areas, and key deliverables through regular updates to senior leadership.

Internal & Advisor Coordination :

- Act as a central point of coordination across internal functions and external specialists, ensuring alignment among commercial, legal, financial, and technical stakeholders to support efficient execution of land acquisition initiatives.
