Senior Role - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy to expand institutional investor base and strengthen shareholder relationships.

- Enhance organization visibility through proactive engagement with analysts, brokers, and institutional investors.

- Oversee quarterly earnings, annual reports, and market communications ensuring accuracy and transparency.

- Create and implement a robust Investor Relations strategy to position the company effectively among global and domestic investors.

- Expand equity research coverage by engaging with multinational corporations, domestic brokerage houses, and institutional investors.

- Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent communication of financial performance, corporate developments, and strategic initiatives.

- Manage equity offerings and capital-raising initiatives while effectively communicating the companys growth story.

- Act as the key point of contact for the investor community and represent the company in International/Domestic Road Shows & Investor Conferences.

- Lead coordination with senior leadership and cross-functional teams for Quarterly Earnings Calls and investor meetings.

- Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors regarding investor activity, stock performance, peer comparison, and stock surveillance.

- Study and analyze databases related to company performance tracking (IQVIA, etc.).
