Role Overview
This position focuses on driving growth in the Mid-Corporate segment, targeting clients with turnovers ranging from - 250 crore to - 800 crore. The role spans acquisition, relationship management, credit appraisal, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of banking solutions.
Role specs :
- The candidate will be required to acquire NTBs in Emerging / Mid Corporates space [ client turnover : 250 cr to 800 cr ] & deepen wallet share in existing portfolio of clients.
- Candidate should have experience is undertaking credit risk appraisal & presenting the proposal to relevant forum/s for sanction.
- Engage & co-ordinate with various internal teams for relevant approvals, documentation, limit setup, disbursement, post-disbursement compliances and monitoring. Ensure end-to-end transaction execution from origination to completion.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to enhance engagement, negotiate pricing, and cross-sell banking products such as CMS, salary accounts, corporate cards, and insurance.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining credit health of the portfolio & take appropriate steps to proactively mitigate any sign of stress in the portfolio.
- Should be able to achieve budgets set by Bank's management & bring aggressive growth through SANCTION & DISBURSEMENT of NTBs .
- Product Portfolio - Mid Market Segment / Universal Banking Products including but not limited to Working Capital, Term Loan, Structured finance, Trade products, FX, Investment Banking, FDs, SCF, CMS, Corporate salary a/cs & cards.
NOTE :
Client Turnover Range: - 250 crore to - 800 crore
Role Level: Open across levels based on experience
Location: Local candidates preferred
Candidate specs :
CA or MBA with relevant banking experience
Must-Have: Strong client connectivity and proven relationship management skills
