About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) - Mid Market to join our Commercial Lending team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with mid-market corporate clients (turnover > - 250 Cr), ensuring high credit quality and driving revenue through asset and fee-based income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new mid-market clients and manage a high-quality existing portfolio
- Build a well-diversified book generating revenues from NII, fee income, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct thorough credit evaluations in line with internal lending norms
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and take timely corrective actions
- Track and report progress on key business metrics and strategic objectives
- Stay abreast of market trends and provide timely feedback to the management team
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional client service
Candidate Profile:
- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a Mid-Corporate RM role at a leading Bank or NBFC
- Proven track record in lending to mid-market clients (Revenue > - 250 Cr)
- Strong credit analysis and risk management skills
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing timelines effectively
