Role Summary :
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and execute senior-level hiring for Analytics, Data Science, and Digital roles.
- This is a contract-based role requiring deep expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder engagement, and talent mapping across the analytics domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles (Director level and above) in Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering.
- Build strong pipelines through headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and passive sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand talent needs and define role specifications.
- Drive executive-level candidate engagement, assessment, and closure strategies.
- Manage the interview process, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with external search firms as required.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in leadership hiring, preferably in Analytics/Data Science/Tech domains.
- Prior experience in a contractual/consulting capacity will be an added advantage.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for niche, high-impact roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Background:
- Experience working with product companies, consulting firms, or analytics COEs.
- Exposure to hiring for functions such as Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Business Analytics.
- Strong understanding of the analytics talent market and compensation benchmarks.
Contract Duration: 6 months (extension based on performance and business needs)
