
Key requirements:
- Strong practical experience defining, implementing, and improving QMS across software, hardware, firmware, and product development environments.
Deep understanding of Quality fundamentals, including:
1. Quality planning
2. Quality KPIs and metrics
3. Defect prevention
4. Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
5. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
6. Continuous Improvement programs
- Experience driving quality culture and quality transformation across engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including:
1. Definition of Ready (DoR)
2. Definition of Done (DoD)
3. Stage-gate quality reviews
4. Agile quality practices throughout the SDLC
- Experience working independently and leading quality initiatives/programs with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide concise, structured responses and effectively influence stakeholders.
- Experience supporting fast-paced product organizations and dealing with ambiguity.
Preferred:
- Experience with software, hardware, and firmware development processes.
- Experience handling customer-facing quality issues, field incidents, containment actions, and corrective actions.
- Six Sigma and process improvement experience.
