Senior Project Manager - Villa

Job Description:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of villa projects from mobilisation through completion and handover.

- Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring adherence to approved schedule, budget, quality, and HSE standards.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Oversee execution of Civil, Structural, MEP, Finishes, Interiors, Landscape, and external works.

- Monitor project progress against the baseline programme and drive corrective actions for delays.

- Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and work programmes.

- Manage site resources, manpower, materials, equipment, and contractor performance.

- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues proactively.

- Monitor project risks, variations, claims, and potential delays and escalate critical issues appropriately.

- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings to ensure quality and progress.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams for timely project execution.

- Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.

- Lead snagging, testing and commissioning, completion, and final handover of villa projects.

- Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.

- Drive productivity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across project execution.
