Description:
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong management background and a proven record in leading complex, cross-functional projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who combines operational excellence with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational development capabilities.
As a senior leader, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from strategic planning and execution to financial oversight and team leadership ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage the execution of end-to-end projects, including project scoping, planning, implementation, and delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project strategies, schedules, and resource allocation frameworks that align with organizational goals.
- Monitor project performance against milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Participate in client and partner meetings, providing professional insights and delivering project reports independently.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic consultation, and partnership development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by introducing the companys capabilities and service offerings.
Operational Excellence & Risk Management:
- Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and operational alignment.
- Anticipate potential project challenges, implement corrective actions, and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Manage project budgets and track financial performance, ensuring timely follow-up on project fund allocation and reporting.
Leadership & People Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve organizational and project objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and career development planning for team members.
- Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented work culture that supports innovation and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or above in Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- 10 - 12 years of progressive experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs within complex organizations.
- Proven ability to lead teams independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management capabilities with a focus on achieving results under pressure.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally, particularly to India, for business engagements.
