Senior Program Manager - Global Field Services & Infrastructure Delivery

Our client is a leading global IT services and managed services organization seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead large-scale global field services and infrastructure deployment programmes. The role will own end-to-end programme delivery across multiple geographies, manage enterprise customer engagements, drive operational excellence, and lead cross-functional delivery teams while ensuring service quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple global field services and infrastructure programs.

- Manage program governance, risk mitigation, escalations, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

- Drive delivery across end-user support, network, data center, workplace technology, and infrastructure rollout projects.

- Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers and System Integrator partners.

- Lead and mentor program delivery, technical operations, and project coordination teams.

- Monitor program performance through service levels, key performance indicators, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 10 - 15 years of program or project management experience within IT infrastructure, managed services, field services, or technical operations environments.

- Proven experience managing global, multi-country deployment or field services programmes.

- Strong exposure to enterprise customers and System Integrator-led delivery models.

- Experience leading cross-functional operational and technical teams.

- PMP certification or equivalent programme management qualification is mandatory.

- Willingness to work from Delhi and collaborate with global stakeholders across UK and US business hours.
