Senior Product Manager - E-commerce: Post-Order
Description :
Youll own the post-order experience for e-commerce: checkout to delivery and everything in betweenreturns, logistics, ratings, and support.
Responsibilities :
- Drive product roadmap for logistics, returns, refunds, and customer support.
- Improve NPS by solving post-purchase pain points with automation and tooling.
- Optimize return experiences while minimizing cost and fraud.
- Collaborate with ops, CX, and engineering to build scalable workflows.
Ideal Background :
- 4 to 7 years in e-commerce/operations product roles.
- Deep understanding of logistics, order management systems, and support workflows.
- Strong bias for systems thinking and operational complexity.
