This is a high-impact role owning the growth loopreferrals, offers, engagement, rewards, and retention. You'll work closely with marketing, growth, and revenue functions to convert intent into transactions.

Responsibilities :

- Own growth experiments across referrals, rewards, reactivations, and conversion.

- Define and iterate personalization, segmentation, and notification strategies.

- Build internal tools for CRM automation and cross-channel activation.

- Collaborate with the revenue and user growth teams to unlock monetization impact.

Ideal Background :

- 4 to 7 years in product-led growth at high-scale B2C platforms.

- Strong experimentation mindsetfunnel analytics, A/B testing, iterative sprints.

- Experience with referrals, offers, gamification, or growth tooling is a plus.
