Description :

Youll own the cards product experience - from onboarding and issuance to rewards, usage, and lifecycle engagement.

Responsibilities :

- Define product roadmap for digital card issuance and usage.

- Launch and scale co-branded card partnerships with banks/NBFCs.

- Work on lifecycle management: activation, usage, rewards, and retention.

- Own risk, compliance, and CX across the cards journey.

Ideal Background :

- 4 to 7 years in card product management credit/debit or co-branded products.

- Deep familiarity with onboarding, KYC, issuer integrations, and card stack.

- Prior experience in companies like OneCard, Slice etc is ideal
