Macro Role:

As a Sr. Chartered Accountant and Sr. Valuations Partner, you'll spearhead positive relationships with both clients & teams, and growth of Valuations Practice of the Firm.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strong client relationships. Offer strategic advice to optimize clients' indirect tax structures, minimize liabilities, and maximize efficiencies.

- Business Development: Identify and cultivate potential clients, actively engage in networking, and contribute to expanding the firms footprint in the field of valuations.

- Technical Expertise & Adherence to Best Practices: Provide expert valuation services for various needs, including M&A, financial reporting, tax, and litigation support. Stay abreast with current industry standards, valuation standards, and emerging trends to uphold best practices and ensuring all valuation engagements comply with regulatory standards, professional standards & guidelines, and firm policies.

- Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor a team of valuation specialists, ensuring they deliver exceptional service through guidance, training, and mentorship.

- Risk Management & Quality Control: Assess and mitigate risks associated with valuation matters, implementing best practices of highest quality to ensure compliance and minimize liabilities.

- Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry thought leadership through publications, seminars, and participation in forums, showcasing the firm's expertise in valuations.

- Compliance & Ethics: Uphold the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance in all client engagements and firm activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of HARDCORE experience in Valuations wrt to deals, PPA, FEMA, Income Tax, arbitration, litigations, other regulatory requirements under SEBI etc.

- Strong technical proficiency in valuation methodologies and industry standards.

- Experience in valuation of Infrastructure Projects like roads, solar, transmission lines including InvITs shall be an added advantage.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities in consulting or advisory firms.

- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Outstanding communication skills for presenting complex information to clients.

- Demonstrated business development and client management success.

- Commitment to high ethical standards and high-quality service delivery.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire & guide teams. Persistent and persuasive in driving goals to completion.
