Key Deliverable - Arbitration Matters 3. BE/ B.Tech Civil + LLB (Must) - One of our reputed client has immediate requirement of "Sr. Manager / AGM Arbitration". Given below is the JD of the position. - This position is a techno commercial position as the incumbent must understand the technical aspect of the projects where the tender is given and must understand the tender in totality and also need to read between the lines and whenever there is a favourable interpretation that will be considered as dispute and escalation on such controversial issues can be raised. - Incumbent should have hands on experience of handling entire gamut of Arbitration and should be able to advise and attend techno-legal services to the company and also represent company in attending to claims, counter claims, specific contractual advise on cost / time management, prolongation / escalation issues & arbitration etc. and issues - Incumbent should have handled litigation and managed large number of cases involving drafting and vetting of representations on behalf of the organization before different authorities including Arbitration. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify the Legal risks and provide legal protection and Risk management advice to the management especially on contract management appropriate courses of action plan to be worked out - Drafting and issuance of Legal Notices.
