Experience: 7-10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional with strong expertise in training strategy, instructional design, talent development, and learning architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage end-to-end learning & development programs

- Create engaging training content using gamification, microlearning, simulations & digital learning solutions

- Conduct classroom, virtual & on-the-job training sessions

- Develop learning architecture and capability-building frameworks

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for training need analysis

- Drive training effectiveness, KPIs, reporting & continuous improvement initiatives

- Manage L&D budgets and learning resources efficiently

- Lead cross-functional learning initiatives and employee development programs

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Training & Talent Management

- Expertise in instructional design & adult learning principles

- Experience with LMS & e-learning platforms

- Excellent presentation, facilitation & stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical, communication & project management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning program architecture

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in HR

- Masters / Relevant Certifications preferred
