Key Responsibilities: - Design and lead the Operations Training Academy focused on data centre ops, safety, compliance, and technical excellence - Develop content across Electrical, Mechanical HVAC, IBMS, SCADA, SOP/EOP/MOP, AI in data centres, predictive/preventive maintenance, ESG, and more - Build training formats using e-learning, VR, blended methods, and work with internal and external partners - Drive onboarding, shift HOTO, certification strategy, and performance tracking - Curate leadership and soft skills modules to complement technical programs - Own and manage the full training lifecycle including calendar, assessment, impact measurement, and record keeping Ideal Candidate Profile: - 10-15 years of experience in L&D, with a strong focus on technical or engineering-led environments - Demonstrated expertise in setting up internal training academies or large-scale tech capability frameworks - Exposure to conglomerates such as Adani, Reliance, L&T, Schneider, TVS Group, or similar large, technically complex organizations - Hands-on knowledge of training platforms, SCORM, VR tools, e-learning authoring, and performance tracking metrics - Strong understanding of data centre operations or similar environments is a major plus - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across HR, Ops, and Business Why Join Us? - Opportunity to create and scale a tech academy for a pan-India workforce - Be part of a growth-focused and ESG-committed infra-tech leader - Work in an environment that values excellence, consistency, grit, and social responsibility - Collaborate with industry veterans and forward-thinking teams across India
