
Description:
The ideal candidate will be a master facilitator in the space of soft skills and leadership development skills, skilled in engaging diverse audiences, and adept at managing key stakeholders across functions. A strong foundation in instructional design principles and experience tailoring learning solutions for operational and technical teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitation & Delivery:
- Design and deliver high-impact behavioural learning sessions (classroom, virtual, and blended) for frontline, technical, and leadership audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, and capability-building initiatives across sites, offices and manufacturing units.
Instructional Design:
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging, learner-centric content.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop training modules, SOP-based learning, and learning journeys.
- Partner with external agencies in curating and designing bespoke learning initiatives for the organization
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with functional leaders, plant managers, and HRBPs, to assess learning needs and align programs with business goals.
- Influence and manage expectations of senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and program success.
Program Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management of learning initiatives, including needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Monitor training effectiveness using Kirkpatricks model or similar frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
Technology & Tools:
- Leverage learning technologies (LMS, e-learning authoring tools, virtual platforms) to scale learning solutions.
- Stay updated on L&D trends and integrate innovative practices into the learning strategy.
