About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead our L&D team and drive organization-wide capability-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Training Need Analysis, Instructional Design, and People Leadership, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

- 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Excellent verbal & written communication (English).

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) for multiple functions including Operations, HR, Finance, etc.
- Collaborate with Function Heads and SMEs to identify capability gaps.
- Develop curriculum and High-Level Design (HLD) through stakeholder discussions and site visits.
- Measure content effectiveness; revise and improve based on feedback.
- Drive a culture of learning and continuous development across the organization.
- Apply the Kirkpatrick Model to assess training effectiveness.
- Lead and supervise the content development team; manage recruitment and onboarding for new members.
- Monitor team progress, conduct performance reviews (SWOT, Mid-Term, Annual), and provide coaching.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance trackers for reporting.
- Conduct field observations at Stores/DCs and capture insights for training design.
- Design training content using ADDIE, Instructional Design principles, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult Learning concepts.
- Develop Trainer Guides, Participant Guides, PPTs, Assessments, and other learning materials.
- Integrate multiple learning methodologies (classroom, videos, experiential, blended learning, etc.).
- Ensure training content is contextually and regionally relevant.
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using effective content-writing techniques.
- Test and validate assessments on LMS/Moodle.
- Share best practices in content development and ensure adoption across the team.
- Support training implementation at regional and store levels.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and provide performance feedback to facilitators.
- Coordinate with multimedia and graphic teams for digital learning conversion.
- Ensure content development stays within budget and adheres to timelines.
