- The Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment strategy and execution for a life insurance business, ensuring the organisation attracts top talent for its Human Resources department. This role is based in Mumbai and requires expertise in talent acquisition within the insurance sector.

Description:

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals across the organisation.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and deliver suitable candidates.


- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Optimise recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.


- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.

- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.


- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and labour laws during the hiring process.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in the talent acquisition function.


Profile:

A successful Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition should have:

- Proven expertise in managing talent acquisition processes, preferably in the insurance sector.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies.


- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve hiring objectives.

- Excellent understanding of compliance and labour laws related to recruitment.


- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
