Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Minimum 3+ years if MBA from Tier 1 B-school

Minimum 5+ years if MBA from Tier 2 B-school

Education: MBA in HR (Full-time) - Preferred

Industry Preference: Any industry, but candidates must be from reputed MNCs only

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end hiring for corporate functions (Finance, Legal, Strategy, Digital, HR, etc.).

- Partner with senior leadership to forecast and fulfill talent needs.

- Implement strategic sourcing plans and manage external recruitment partners.

- Drive employer branding and enhance candidate experience.

- Leverage data to track hiring effectiveness and support decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong stakeholder management and strategic sourcing skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Proven experience with recruitment platforms and analytics

- Background in MNC environments is essential
