Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Construction/Infrastructure

Desired Profile:

- Mandatory experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure Projects / Data Centre industry.

- Proven experience in volume hiring / bulk recruitment across multiple functions and project requirements.

- Experience in team handling, mentoring, target management, and driving recruitment closures through a team.

- Strong track record of sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels, including vendor management, job portals, direct sourcing, networking, and social media.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers, project teams, HRBPs, and business leaders.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates, high-volume requirements, tight TATs, and geographically distributed project hiring.

- Lead the entire talent acquisition function to ensure a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates across all levels, with a specific focus on critical leadership mandates.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring requirements and organizational design, ensuring that recruitment efforts are perfectly aligned with long-term business goals.

- Drive the employer branding strategy to position the organization as an employer of choice, increasing our visibility among passive candidates and industry leaders.
