Responsibilities

1. Design and implement comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies for lateral and campus hiring.

2. Lead end-to-end campus hiring for GET/DET/GT/Interns, ensuring seamless onboarding and enhanced candidate experience.

3. Audit recruitment processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements for robust hiring operations.

4. Drive employer branding through internship programs, campus connect initiatives, and strategic engagement.

5. Collaborate with business leaders to align manpower planning with organizational objectives.

Requirements

1. MBA in HR with 12-15 years of relevant experience.

2. Proven expertise in bulk hiring across campus and lateral roles in manufacturing setups.

3. Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills for leadership teams.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity and discretion.

5. Ability to deliver results, build talent pipelines, and optimize recruitment costs.
