
Position Summary
The Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and governing end-to-end talent acquisition processes to ensure timely availability of high-quality talent.
The role partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and execute recruitment strategies, ensure process governance, strengthen employer branding, and deliver a reliable, scalable, and data-driven hiring framework aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Governance
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop and continuously evolve talent acquisition strategies, policies, and internal processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure governance and standardization of recruitment processes to deliver consistency, quality, and compliance.
Recruitment Operations & Delivery
- Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through job offer finalization and all associated communications.
- Define, implement, and optimize technology-enabled tools and systems for sourcing, tracking, evaluating, and managing applicant pipelines.
- Ensure hiring timelines, quality standards, and workforce plans are met across functions.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of recruiters, ensuring effective collaboration with HR Business Partners, business managers, interviewers, vendors, and candidate pools.
- Allocate work based on team members skills, workload, and developmental needs, while monitoring performance and providing regular feedback.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Ensure consistent representation of the employer brand across all recruitment communications, including job postings, advertisements, digital channels, and other media.
- Enhance candidate experience through structured communication, professionalism, and transparency.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of workforce data within HR information systems.
- Provide regular recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the timely collection and submission of payroll-related inputs linked to hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal recruitment policies.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
Preferred Work Experience
- 8- 12 years of total experience in reputed organizations.
- 3- 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within Talent Acquisition.
- Strong exposure to recruitment strategies, workforce planning, labor legislation, and compensation and benefits frameworks
