The opportunity is for the role of Senior Manager TA & HR - (SALES HRBP) (JUI Nagar & Bhiwandi Both) Full-Spectrum HR Ownership Recruitment, ER, Performance, Rewards, L&D, Policy & Administration


MUST HAVE :


- Strong experience as a Sales HRBP (50% TA and 50% HR Ops HR Generalist)


- Should have managed a workforce of 600+ or 800+ employees


- Experience managing HR for both Sales and Supply Chain teams (white-collar workforce)


- White-collar recruitment experience is mandatory (50% - Talent Acquisition - Sales HRBP + 50% HR Operations, PMS, Comp & Ben, Employee Engagement, Payroll HR Ops, HR Policies) Team Management)

Job Description :


FULL-SPECTRUM HR OWNERSHIP STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL :


We are looking for someone who has run the HR function end to end, not led one part of it. This seat covers recruitment, employee relations, performance, compensation and benefits, training, policy and HR administration and payroll sits inside it.


For this role, ownership means you have personally been accountable for :


- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy


- Recruitment strategy, interviewing, evaluation and hiring decisions


- Employee relations, grievance handling and formal investigations


- Designing and running a performance management system, not just administering one


- Compensation and benefits administration, including benchmarking studies


- Training needs analysis and employee development programmes


- HR policy development and enforcement, kept current with changes in employment law


- Payroll processing, employee records and data protection compliance

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :


Recruitment & Selection :


- Develop recruitment strategies to attract, assess and hire qualified candidates.


- Coordinate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs before they become urgent.


- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants and make hiring decisions.


Employee Relations :


- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution and coaching.


- Address employee grievances and conduct investigations where necessary.


- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.


Performance Management :


- Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee productivity, goal achievement and development.


- Conduct performance evaluations and give feedback to employees and managers.


- Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programmes.


Compensation & Benefits :


- Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including salary structures, bonuses and employee perks.


- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policy on compensation and benefits.


- Conduct benchmarking studies to keep the company's compensation packages competitive.


Training & Development :


- Identify training needs and develop programmes that enhance employee skills and knowledge.


- Coordinate with department heads so employees receive training that is relevant to their work.


- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and improve them where needed.


HR Policies & Procedures :


- Develop, implement and enforce HR policies and procedures that meet legal requirements and company standards.


- Keep abreast of changes in employment law and update HR policies accordingly.


- Communicate HR policies to employees and provide guidance as needed.


HR Administration :


- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records personnel files, attendance records and performance evaluations.


- Process payroll and benefits administration accurately and on time.


- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of employee information.

Compensation & Benefits :


Currency of benchmarking; competitiveness of packages; accuracy of benefits administration


Training & Development :


Training needs coverage; programme effectiveness scores; skill gaps closed


Policy & Compliance :


Policy currency against changes in employment law; compliance findings closed


HR Administration :


Payroll accuracy and timeliness; employee record accuracy; data protection compliance


Employee Engagement :


Participation in engagement initiatives; retention of key talent


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :


Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.


Experience : Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.


HR Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures.


Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Leadership : Strong leadership and management abilities.


Confidentiality : Able to handle confidential information with discretion.


Systems : Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
