
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Manager - TA to lead our bulk hiring for telecalling and voice process roles across India. The role requires someone who understands telecalling operations, hiring metrics, and can drive highvolume recruitment while managing a team of recruiters and regional hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Bulk & Volume Hiring:
- Manage end-to-end hiring for 100+ telecallers per month across multiple cities.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract multilingual and regionally diverse talent.
- Ensure hiring quality by aligning recruitment with operational metrics such as Call-to-Convert, CSAT, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Attendance Adherence.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ recruiters.
- Set clear hiring targets, review recruiter performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with business and operations leaders to forecast monthly hiring needs.
