Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location: Noida RO
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for operations, engineering, technical, and corporate functions in the facilities management domain.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for both frontline staff (e.g., technicians, engineers, facility supervisors) and managerial positions.
- Collaborate with business heads to forecast manpower requirements and implement workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain relationships with staffing agencies, technical institutes, and vocational training centres to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labour laws, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Talent Management:
- Implement performance management systems aligned with operational KPIs in the facilities industry.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for critical roles such as Operations Managers, Engineers, and Site Heads.
- Develop structured career progression and succession planning for technical and managerial staff.
- Initiate learning and development programs to upskill operational staff in areas like safety, compliance, and service excellence.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to reduce attrition in high-turnover roles typical in facility management.
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Use HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, skill gaps, and performance outcomes.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment and talent development.
- Enhance employer branding to attract and retain skilled technical and managerial talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PG in HR is preferred.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, preferably in the facilities, operations, or services industry.
- Proven experience managing recruitment for large operational teams and technical staff.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and regulations relevant to facility operations.
- Experience with HR technology, ATS systems, and performance management frameworks.
