Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to design and implement innovative hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent with both exceptional skills and strong cultural fit. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure seamless recruitment across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute detailed hiring strategies, leveraging social media and other innovative sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates.

- Collaborate with all lines of business to monitor and manage the annual resource plan, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

- Build and maintain a readily available candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and talent engagement initiatives.

- Partner closely with HR Technology and HRBPs to analyse and address gaps in existing TA processes and systems, enhancing usability and efficiency.

- Prepare and implement sourcing strategies tailored to various functions and levels.

- Promote internal mobility through Internal Job Postings (IJP) to tap into the existing talent pool.

- Engage with external hiring partners, including agencies and consultants, for niche and bulk hiring requirements.

- Integrate psychometric tools into the recruitment process to assess cultural adaptability and core competencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition within large, complex organizations.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and talent assessment methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Competencies:

- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at an operational level.

- Strong analytical skills to assess process gaps and recruitment metrics.

- Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools for hiring.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term candidate and stakeholder relationships.
