Youll lead a squad of trainers, design experiences (not just sessions), and make sure learning doesnt feel like 'training' - but like leveling up.

What Youll Actually Do:

- Build the Playbook: Craft training journeys that transform rookies into revenue rockstars and tenured agents into customer whisperers.

- Run Learning Like a Startup: Experiment, tweak, test from bite-sized learning nudges to AI-driven simulations whatever gets the job done.

- Coach the Coaches: Lead a team of sharp trainers and empower them to create learning moments that stick (and click).

- Show the Numbers Some Love: Because great training isnt just fun its impactful.

- Keep the Culture Lit: Gamify. Certify. Celebrate. Keep learning cool, contagious, and worth bragging about.
