Key Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership & P&L Management:
- Assume full responsibility for branch P&L, resource planning, compliance, and administrative efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Business Growth & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Engage in direct B2C and B2B designer sales, offering tailored interior design solutions to clients.
- Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business opportunities.
Showroom Operations:
- Oversee showroom activities to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure effective merchandising and visual appeal aligned with the brands design philosophy.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and empower a cross-functional team including sales executives, showroom staff, and design consultants.
- Drive team performance, motivation, and professional growth.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy:
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize branch strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in interior design, sales, or operations.
- Minimum 35 years in a leadership role within interior design, architecture, premium home décor, or luxury real estate sectors.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design (Masters preferred).
- MBA is mandatory
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven track record in showroom sales, design consultations, and managing high-value client interactions with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with demonstrated success in performance management.
- Deep understanding of interior design products, concepts, and materials, with awareness of evolving market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
