Position Details:
- Role: Senior Manager - Sales HRBP

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (PG in HR preferred from Tier 1/Tier 2 B-schools)
- 5+ years of HR experience post-MBA, with minimum 2 years in a Sales HR role
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager - HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving the people agenda and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role requires a blend of strategic insight and hands-on HR operational excellence to foster a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to the Sales leadership team to align people strategy with business goals.
- Understand business priorities, sales structures, and talent requirements to support workforce planning and productivity.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with TA team to ensure timely hiring of frontline and managerial sales talent.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and early engagement of new hires.
3. Performance Management
- Drive the performance management process - goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Support managers in identifying and managing high/low performers.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify training and capability-building needs within the sales team.
- Collaborate with L&D to design and execute sales capability enhancement programs.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Implement engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention across regions.
- Conduct regular connects, pulse surveys, and field visits to understand on-ground challenges.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Partner with C&B team to ensure competitive pay structures and effective implementation of incentive plans.
- Support in annual compensation planning and benchmarking for sales roles.
7. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory norms.
- Maintain strong employee connect and ensure a positive workplace culture.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track key HR metrics (attrition, productivity, headcount, etc.) and provide insights to support decision-making.
