Your New Role: - Lead and manage a scalable, data-driven sales development methodology focused on achieving and exceeding sales-qualified opportunity targets. - Provide regular coaching, actionable feedback, and professional development for a growing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in Bangalore. - Hire, onboard, train, and motivate new SDRs to foster career growth and drive sales opportunities. - Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize processes, metrics, and tools to ensure the success of the SDR team. - Serve as a hands-on leader, coaching by example and actively participating in the sales development process. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Sales Managers, Revenue Operations, and other teams to drive and execute our agile go-to-market strategy. - Report on key pipeline-building metrics and provide accurate forecasting to senior sales management. What you need to succeed: - 3+ years of experience growing and scaling sales development teams in a growth-stage environment (start-up experience is preferred). - Experience in achieving and exceeding quotas in prospecting or closing solutions/software sales roles. - Deep knowledge of sales development best practices, including sequence management, cold calling, and objection handling. - A passion for coaching and mentoring a team to think creatively and progress in their sales careers. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to navigate ambiguity. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. - An entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
