About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in the Maldives.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales strategies, managing distribution channels, and leading critical sales operations within the organization.
This position involves individual contributions as well as team leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on General Trade (GT).
- Lead Route-to-Market (RTM) initiatives and drive channel growth.
- Manage distribution networks, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
- Act as an individual contributor while also leading and mentoring a team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans in alignment with organizational goals.
- Regularly report to the Head of Sales (Commercial + RTO).
Qualification and Requirements:
- Experience: 9+ years in core sales roles with team leadership experience.
- Background in Area Sales Management, Territory Sales, or Traditional Sales is highly desirable.
- Expertise in Distribution Management and General Trade (GT).
- Willing to relocate to Maldives
