We are hiring Senior Manager - Robotic Process Automation Development for our client based at Bangalore, India. Job Summary: You will a part of the RPA Centre of Excellence. The role is to define and enable successful implementation of the RPA strategy in line with business defined standards and guidelines. And accountable for Partner with leadership across the business to build a shared vision for RPA program. - Provide inputs that impact the functions plans, policies, influences the budget and resources in their scope. - Eliminate or minimise impediments to successful implementation for RPA Plans and Strategy. - Own and define the Automation Methodology for the company and enable adherence to the defined standards & guidelines. - Ensure frequent and relevant updates of the RPA program to the leadership teams. - Develop and lead a team of managers responsible for RPA Delivery and Support; giving them the opportunities to be their best through coaching. career development conversations and performance management. - Enable vendor evaluation & selection process, support creation of business case to deliver large scale implementation programs. - Manage relationships with delivery partners & vendors with a focus on performance management & tangible business outcomes. - Enable and ensure compliance to norms, guidelines and practices laid out for RPA at all times and follow our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence. Experience & Qualifications: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Software Engineering/IT with 14 to 17 years of relevant industry experience in any of the Automation products (RPA Tools - Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / UiPath). - Strong experience in Deliver management, Discovery, Program management and Solution design document (SDD) - Defining & Implementation RPA Strategy, Identify and assess automation opportunities - Good in People management - leading and managing teams - Advanced Automation Anywhere, SQL, Excel, VBA Process Mapping tools and techniques - Problem Solving Conceptual Application in Business Context Operations Management, Robotics Tools and Techniques - Improvement of Team Productivity and Performance Analysis and Judgment - Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles - Managing multiple projects across domains at scale
