Span of Control:

Own the Compensation Processes for Partners, Directors, and Functional Leadership, including Benchmarking Support, Compensation Analysis, and Reward Recommendations.

Qualification:

MBA (HR) from a Tier I institute.

Reporting to:

Director Leadership & Rewards.

Post Qualification Experience:

Overall, 8-10 years Human Capital Consulting, within which 3+ years in Compensation & Rewards COE.

Location: Mumbai.

Designation:

Senior Manager Rewards.

Leadership & Rewards Function:

The Leadership & Rewards function supports the Firm through Performance Strategy, Rewards Architecture, Leadership Effectiveness, and Organisational Effectiveness initiatives that create greater clarity, accountability, and alignment across leadership groups and enabling functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Executive Compensation and Leadership Rewards:

- Manage the execution of compensation processes for Partners, Directors, and senior functional leadership, including benchmarking support, compensation analysis, and reward recommendations.

- Administer Partner progression processes, including lockstep movements, compensation changes, earnings governance, equity revisions, and related documentation.

- Prepare compensation models, analysis, and governance material to support leadership decisions relating to hiring, retention, performance, and leadership transitions.

Rewards Operations, Governance, and Analytics:

- Ensure accurate and compliant execution of rewards processes through strong governance, controls, documentation, and process discipline.

- Partner closely with HR Operations, Finance Operations, Payroll, Legal, and external advisors on compensation operations, reporting, and appraisal processes.

- Manage compensation analytics, dashboards, workforce data, and market insights to support planning, reporting, and decision making.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

- Partner with leadership, HR teams, Finance, and external consultants to support the execution of rewards initiatives and organisational priorities.

- Prepare rewards policies, governance material, presentations, and communication collateral for key stakeholders.

- Support workshops, calibration discussions, and communication initiatives relating to compensation and rewards processes.

Technology, Risk, and Compliance:

- Manage compensation and performance management systems, tools, and data processes to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.

- Support compliance with legal, regulatory, tax, audit, and reporting requirements across rewards processes.

- Drive continuous improvement in rewards operations, reporting mechanisms, and governance standards.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a high-calibre Rewards professional with strong operational leadership, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills. The role requires hands-on experience in compensation operations, rewards governance, analytics, and execution within complex, high-performance organisations.

Target Industry Segments:

- Large Indian conglomerates and diversified business groups.

- Leading BFSI and financial services organisations.

- Large listed and professionally managed corporates.

Education and Prior Experience:

- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.

- Additional professional qualifications such as CA, CS, CFA, or LLB will be an advantage.

- Overall, 8-12 years of experience across HR Business Partnership, Rewards, HR Analytics, Talent Management, Organisation Effectiveness, or HR / People Advisory Consulting.

- 3-5 years of experience managing Rewards / Compensation teams, programmes, or projects in a managerial capacity.

- Demonstrated experience in compensation operations, governance, analytics, stakeholder management, and project execution.

- Experience working with senior leadership and handling high-sensitivity compensation matters will be preferred.
