Senior Manager Rewards - Leading E Commerce Brand About the Role: Year-end Compensation Increase: - Design, plan, and execute the annual salary increment and variable pay exercise. - Ensure alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness. ESOP Administration: - Design and administer Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) for middle and senior management. - Launch and manage the 'ESOP Direct' platform for efficient ESOP administration. Market Benchmarking: - Collaborate with external consultants to benchmark salaries against industry standards. - Analyze salary gaps and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness in the market. Annual Operating Plan (AOP): - Oversee and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budget and headcount for a workforce of 2500+ employees. - Ensure budgetary compliance while supporting organizational objectives. Performance Management: - Work closely with the HR team to integrate rewards and recognition into the performance management process. - Provide guidance to managers on effective performance-based rewards and recognition. Data Analysis: - Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of current rewards programs and identify areas for improvement. - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Compliance: - Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits practices. - Implement necessary changes to policies and programs to maintain compliance. Bonus/benefits: - Management of salary and bonus review processes Work with the Reward Director to deliver the annual salary and bonus review processes. - Employee recognition: Be responsible for the monthly uploads of employee data to the company employee recognition platform Act as a super-user of the recognition platform.On a quarterly basis, run reports to monitor usage of the platform and spend against the recognition budget.
