About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Retention Marketing to drive retention, loyalty, and customer LTV across Nykaa's beauty and fashion businesses. The role involves leading CRM, CLM, bank partnerships, affiliate marketing, and external growth partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own cohort retention metrics and drive loyalty and repeat purchases.

- Execute CRM/CLM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app.

- Lead bank and payment partnerships for offer planning and growth.

- Manage affiliate ecosystem (CashKaro, Admitad) and 3P partnerships (PhonePe, Paytm, Cred).

- Consolidate marketing spend and drive cost optimization.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing.

- 5 - 6 years in Retention Marketing, CRM, Affiliates, or Growth Marketing.

- Strong understanding of segmentation, funnels, and lifecycle communication.

- Hands-on with Clevertap, MoEngage, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
