
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building effective hiring strategies, and leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition (TA) team to attract top talent across business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute short and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a scalable recruitment roadmap.
- Create strong employer branding and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of TA professionals to deliver on hiring targets.
- Monitor and improve team performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).
- Encourage data-driven decision making and foster a culture of accountability and ownership.
Recruitment Operations:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, selection, interviewing, offer rollout, onboarding.
- Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders across departments.
Process Improvement & Analytics:
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
- Analyze hiring data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Leverage recruitment tools, ATS, and analytics to improve efficiency.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with audit requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven leadership experience in managing mid-to-large TA teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels
- Strong understanding of employer branding, sourcing strategies, and market mapping
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA in HR or related field preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Preferred Industry Background: Open to all industries, but prior experience in EPC, engineering, infrastructure, s or large-scale project environments is a plus.
