Role Overview :
This role will span across line functions . This role is responsible to achieve operational targets for the Shared Services Centre business unit, by defining and implementing service strategies to offer best in class service to our Stakeholders.
This management role will be responsible to co-ordinate with stakeholders to optimize the cost on behalf of the Company.
Purpose of Role :
1. Maintain payroll staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
2. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
3. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions
4. Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
5. Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
6. Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
7. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies
8. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
