The Role:

Senior Manager Operations - US Mortgage Originations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead an Account / Multiple LOBs consisting of processing, and closing (up to 80 to 150+ team members)

- Motivate and lead teams to success using recognition, team building activities and positive reinforcement

- Oversee production and quality expectations are sustained to achieve monthly business goals and quality service levels

- Hold daily/weekly huddles with all Team Managers, including Pipeline Manager, Quality Manager, and Performance Coaches to discuss trends, gaps, best practices, process changes and/or areas of focus in achieving production and quality goals

- Conduct monthly sessions with Team Managers to review performance of team and any actionable items

- Manage P&L and ensure Revenue and profitability targets are met

Skills Required:

- Minimum 12+ years origination background with management experience

- Preferable End to end origination experience within past 2 years, especially Processing Functions

- Candidate should have a NMLS individual license

- Ability to lead varying levels of skill sets across multiple teams and must have led teams consisting of 100 + staff size

- Acts as a champion for the customer/client, ensuring decisions and actions help achieve their goals

- Ability to manage risks while ensuring optimal value and outcomes are achieved

- Demonstrate a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results

- Ability to develop and align the talent needed to meet business goals

Qualifications & Experience:
