Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Network Operations team to ensure continuous monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure.
- Guarantee high levels of network availability, scalability, and security across the organization.
- Define, implement, and enforce network policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Supervise incident response processes, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the deployment of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades.
- Track network performance metrics and present analysis and insights to senior management.
- Drive automation initiatives and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Design and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network operations.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous professional development.
- Possess strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless systems.
- Experienced in configuring and managing routing protocols, specifically BGP.
- Proficient in configuring and maintaining both link load balancers and server load balancers.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, including implementation and operational management.
- Hands-on experience on Fortiagte, Checkpoint and Paltoalto firewall including Implementation and operational management.
- Familiar with network monitoring and management tools such as Cisco NDFC, NDI, and DNA Center.
- Strong practical knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Experienced in VoIP systems configuration and operational management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale complex, enterprise-grade network environments and large-scale projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 5 years in a network operation managerial role.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CCSPA, PCNSE) are a plus.
